2024 Updates!

  • Beneficial Ownership Information Filling needs to be filled by December 31st 2024! After that date there is a $500 a day penalty. To submit them today we need a copy of your Drivers Licenses and service fee of $100. For new corporations, you have 90 days from your date of filing before getting penalized $500 a day as well.

  • Business Owners - We ask that you PLEASE send us your monthly bank statements! That way when 2024 Tax return filing comes around we are not waiting on statements to be entered.
